Sam's Cleaning Company LLC uses the contact, location, property, service, and scheduling details you submit to assess service fit, prepare estimates, arrange and provide services, communicate appointment updates, maintain business records, and respond to your requests.
Care Club records
If you participate in Care Club, we use completed-visit, payment-status, recurring-service, reward, expiration, and redemption records to calculate your progress and benefits. These records are linked to your customer history and are not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Appointment email and text messages
If you separately opt in to transactional text messages, we may send request receipts, proposals, confirmations, schedule changes, and reminders to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may still receive non-text communications needed to handle an active request.
We do not sell mobile numbers or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared for marketing. We may provide the minimum information needed to vendors that deliver communications or operate this scheduling service on our behalf, subject to appropriate service-provider restrictions.
Website analytics
We collect limited first-party website activity to understand whether the site and appointment scheduler are useful. This may include page views, scheduler steps, general device type, referring website, campaign labels, and approximate city, state, and country supplied by our hosting provider.
Analytics events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, full street addresses, ZIP codes, appointment notes, or payment information. We do not store a visitor's raw IP address or browser description. Instead, the service creates a one-way identifier used only to count distinct visits. That count may not equal unique people. We do not use this information for advertising or sell it. Detailed analytics events are deleted after 90 days.
Retention and choices
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to handle requests, provide services, meet legal or accounting obligations, and maintain business records. Do not submit door codes, payment-card details, medical information, or other sensitive information through the scheduler or messaging.
